Policy and Procedures

SAME DAY DELIVERY:

If your order is placed by 2 p.m., we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday.  For same day service on Saturday please order by 11 a.m.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Normal delivery times are 10:30 ~ 5:00 daily for orders going to a business, 10:30 – 5:30 to a residence or hospital and 10:30 – 2:00 for orders going to a high school.  During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mothers Day, our delivery hours will be extended.

FUNERAL HOMES:

These orders are our highest priority.  We will make every attempt to get your order to the funeral home, but if ordered too late will will let you know so that you may make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.  We will deliver arrangements per the funeral homes instructions which is usually 1 hour prior to viewing hours.  If you have ordered for a funeral viewing on Sunday and it is too late to deliver on Saturday, we will contact the funeral home to verify that there is a viewing or service on Monday and reschedule the order delivery.

P.O. BOXES:

We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.

IF NO ONE IS HOME:

We will leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:

If the recipients address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee.  The Country Petal is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer.  If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

CANCELING AN ORDER:

Same day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed.  To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call 419-542-0001.
